Lucy Silberstein

Lucy Silberstein is a writer/ improviser based in Melbourne. In 2014 Lucy graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor in Communications, studying Theatre/Media.

While at University she was involved in a writing and performing capacity. Her graduate major work Love Me Tinder, a one act play was recently reworked and performed by the Busselton Community Theatre Group in Western Australia. She also wrote for the University’s first Live Sketch show NightCap.

Moving to Sydney after graduating Lucy began studying Long Form Improvisation at Laugh Masters Academy. During this time she also took a course in Writing Narrative Comedy with Tim Ferguson at Australian Film, Television and Radio School.

At the beginning of 2016, as part of the AFTRS Summer School program she studied Writing for Television with Victoria Madden. She then began with the LMA sketch program.

She then moved to Melbourne where she studied Writing the TV Pilot r the Global and Domestic Market with Chelsea Cassio. She has been involved with LMA, as a member of the house team Better Friends.
